Privacy policy: what we hold and why
This page explains the data we handle when you browse the store, open an account and order placements. It is written to be read in a few minutes.
Who this covers
Get Back More Links runs this website and the account behind it. If you only read pages, we collect very little.
Once you open an account, we hold the details needed to run it: your sign-in identity, your balance, your basket, and the orders you place. If you also sell links as a publisher, we hold the sites you add and the prices you set.
If you are not sure whether something here applies to you, the safest assumption is that it does, and that you can ask us.
What we collect
- Account details you give us when you register or sign in
- Orders, baskets, invoices and balance movements tied to your account
- Target URLs, keywords and instructions you supply for a placement
- Technical information such as device, browser and pages visited, used to keep the site working
- Messages you send us through your account
How we use it
We use it to run the service. That means showing your balance, producing the article for a placement, listing your orders and issuing invoices.
We also use technical data to find faults and abuse. We do not sell your personal details.
Some information leaves our hands by design. The link you ordered, its anchor and your target address appear publicly on the donor site once the article goes live, and the donor's owner can see what you asked for.
Payments and processors
Balance top-ups happen in the dashboard. Payment providers handle card or other payment details under their own policies, and we receive only the confirmation we need to credit your balance.
AI agents and API clients that you authorise act on your behalf. Treat their keys like passwords.
Cookies and similar tools
We use the small files and storage a site needs to keep you signed in and remember your basket. Nothing more is needed for that.
Your browser settings let you refuse or delete them. If you do, parts of the account area may stop working until you sign in again.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or remove personal data we hold about you. Use the account page to reach us; we do not publish a separate public inbox.
Some records, such as invoices and live placements on third-party sites, cannot be erased from our side alone. We will tell you what can and cannot be changed.
This policy changes when our practice changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
